Extension Description:
ACP tool: converts posts from one BBCode to another, board-wide. Pick source/destination BBCode and map placeholders using definitions pulled straight from phpbb_bbcodes - no free-text tag names or hand-written regex.
- The conversion is no longer fixed to `[download]` and `[dlbutton]`: pick any source and destination BBCode from the list of BBCodes of the board.
- Map the placeholders of the destination BBCode to the source placeholders, either as-is or by extracting a numeric id from a URL (`?id=123`).
- The mapping page is the dry run: it shows how many posts match and previews the first 10 before anything is written.
- A source tag that does not match the expected structure is left untouched and flagged in the preview.
- A button to configure a different conversion after finishing one.
- New migration for the active mapping setting.

Installation:
- Download the latest release.
- Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `bbcodemigrate`.
- In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
- Copy the `bbcodemigrate` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at
(your forum root)/ext/dmzx/bbcodemigrate/composer.json - Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
- Look for `BBCode Migrate` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.
