Portal Forum is a phpBB extension that adds a modern and configurable homepage to your forum, turning the traditional forum index into a more visual, organized and dynamic content portal.

The goal of Portal Forum is to provide a more active homepage for phpBB communities, allowing the forum to present relevant content right at the entrance, similar to an editorial portal, while still preserving the structure and identity of phpBB.
It can be useful for communities that want to highlight news, important discussions, popular topics, active polls, useful links and custom content in a single homepage.
Compatibility

The extension respects phpBB’s routing system. Clean URLs without app.php depend on phpBB’s native URL rewriting setting and the server configuration.
Download and Installation
Upload the extension to:
ext/mundophpbb/forumportal/
Then go to the ACP, enable the extension and configure the portal according to your forum’s needs.
