Installation:

1. Download the latest release.
2. Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `readmemberspm`.
3. In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
4. Copy the `readmemberspm` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at
   (your forum root)/ext/dmzx/readmemberspm/composer.json
5. Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
6. Look for `Read Members PM` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.

Q: How can we modify to allow all admins to use the function?

This version will show pm's to all users in group 5 (admins) also only if they have acp access.

Hell if I know. I don't know the group numbers. I put my main account in the default Administrators group, if that's group 5, then yes.

You can delete the users pm from within the database as your right its looking for a pm that now has no user.
