Disable in ACP the extension Don't delete data!
Then upload new files to directory and enable again in ACP and clear cache.

I had to completely erase the points of all users, a disaster, to make matters worse after I installed the new version this is what I get:

I just installed on 2 test boards and works fine 1.1.6 version.
What version of phpbb are you using?

3.1.10 is the most bad version I have seen in years
Most of extensions seem to make problems because the code has changed inside phpBB (migrations e.g.)

Interesting, I can see at least three extensions updated their migration files to avoid the issue, so unsure of the way forward now beyone waiting for 3.1.11 to fix it.

I am waiting for fixes, too. No need to update to this buggy phpBB 3.1.10 version. Too much important parts with bugs.

I'm also waiting for these correction !
I can not successfully reinstall "Ultimate Points Extension" or other extensions, "Youtube Videos Gallery" on PhpBB 3.1.10.

If you have a solution, I'll take it !

I followed all the steps for install the ext for the ultimate points, i just enabled the extension but when i click to the button extension in the ACP come this error:

The same error that I have, from what I understand this version is not compatible with phpBB 3.1.10, but I ask you: Why do not specify it in the first post of this incompatibility ??

I just tried to update again from 1.1.5 to 1.1.6 after my board is updated to 3.1.10. Now I get the following error message. Sorry for the German message - I tried to translate as good as I could....

and there you have your problem :-D
You should really read the phpBB forum before you update. Everywhere where you go the people report errors with 3.1.10 since weeks. You should avoid this buggy update and stay with 3.1.9 instead. Or you have to try all the unverified fixes from bug tracker manually.

If you are able to reset back to 3.1.9 ... I would do.

For the German: a list of bugs of 3.1.10 (not complete, only some important ones...)
