Extension Name: Reverb

Author: dmzx

Extension Description:
Post reactions with multiple reactions per post, reaction sets per forum, cached counters and events other extensions can listen to.

- First public release.
- Several reactions per member per post, a repeat click on the same reaction removes it. Emoji are stored in a form that also works on boards without utf8mb4.
- Reaction sets, and per forum: reactions on or off and which set it offers. Five reaction templates to start from. Staff-only and anonymous reactions.
- A reaction bar under each post, with the members who reacted grouped per person and linked to their profile.
- Reactions are also shown in the topic list (a pill with the count), on the member's profile and in the member list.
- The post author gets a board notification for a reaction.
- Cached counters in their own table (`reverb_totals`): no columns are added to phpBB's posts, topics or users tables, so enabling the extension and `Delete data` stay fast on big boards. Deleting or moving posts and topics keeps the counters right; `Recalculate` in the ACP rebuilds them.
- ACP: an overview with statistics, set cards with draggable reaction tiles and a forum tree with bulk actions.
- Permissions on their own `Reverb` tab: `Can see reactions` and `Can react` (user and forum permission), and `Can manage Reverb` (Registered users and Administrators by default).
- Dispatcher events so other extensions can listen to reactions.
