Extension Description:
Adds up/down reordering (no page reload) to the standard ACP Extensions overview.

Customise -> Extensions overview, remembered across sessions.
- Added: up/down reordering (no page reload) for the top-level extension
categories in the ACP sidebar itself, shown wherever those categories
already appear together (any extension's own settings page). Backed by
phpBB's own module tree, so the same order applies everywhere that tree
is used, not just in this extension's own view of it.

Installation:
- Download the latest release.
- Unzip the downloaded release, and change the name of the folder to `extensionorder`.
- In the `ext` directory of your phpBB board, create a new directory named `dmzx` (if it does not already exist).
- Copy the `extensionorder` folder to `/ext/dmzx/` if done correctly, you'll have the main extension class at
(your forum root)/ext/dmzx/extensionorder/composer.json - Navigate in the ACP to `Customise -> Manage extensions`
- Look for `Extension Order` under the Disabled Extensions list, and click its `Enable` link.
