You dont use it install and enable thats it the ext dont show you any thing its more of a key for other ext's.

There is no demo:

Just install and leave it on, no settings in acp needed.

No, some extensions are only available on this forum.
The editor is made for some code changes if needed in core or other extension that the author won't update.
So if needed this extension is implemented into the code.
