Flash is now considered a security risk hence flash is no more.

Browsers wont allow flash also.

You can use standalone flash versions still for offline flash games, I have 53,000 flash games and that is how I play them if I want.
I will zip 3 flashplayer versions here for you they were used for testing and debugging..
I have Windows 10 and use Flash Payer 10.
