IMDB has changed something on there site, the ext we used to display movies and Tv images no longer shows images, a link just displays now, this is the ext but no longer supported. Was wondering if there could be any way getting this working again thanks.

IMDB changed how their website works, and now blocks automated programs (like the Magic OGP extension) from fetching images and info for movies and TV shows. This is why links just show as plain URLs instead of full previews with posters and details.

IMDB is doing this to stop bots and scripts from getting their data. Even other forums and media bots have the same issue.

I'm looking into possible solutions, but right now, there’s no easy fix, since IMDB is blocking these requests. If I find a workaround, I'll update everyone!

That will also not work with imdb.
