You do this

Try to do Something to find the problem instead of doing Nothing.
Try disabling those extensions showing the errors and see what happens.
What did you do before those errors started showing up? Go undo that.
Or just take my first suggestion.

When i disabled extension from editor ext, some of them gave white page
but still have same error when change topic status

It's simple, 1 or more extensions are not working with the PHP version you are using, so they need an update / fix. Or downgrade PHP to 7.X

I've never seen a forum that was locked, but in that video when you go in Test Forum is shows locked.
Try unlocking that forum and then try to change a topic to Sticky or something else.
You may be causing that issue yourself by having that Forum locked.
