Should I run some kind of migration for the database ?

What I did:

1) Deactivated version 1.3.1
2) Uploaded new extensions (auto groups and configs).
3) Uploaded version 1.4.0
4) Reactivated extension.

I did not uninstall the old one or installed the new one..

For now you did it good, leave like this and check if all other things work.

Can you check database table donation_donors if field donation_date has times?

Just did a cache clear and reloaded donors list and I think the fix you told me (making group default) worked.

Maybe one last thing for you if you know how to solve this easily.

After the update to new version of phpBB, there is a conflict with font awesome fa-spin class.

I had a blinking heart before but now it spins. I think the css for font awesome being loaded before the extension css is causing that (not sure if it's phpbb or my theme that does that).
