How can I remove mchat from top of forums ?
I would like it on the board3 portal but if this is the wrong place to ask then how can I move it to bottom of forums?

That setting is in your UCP Mchat tab: Location on the index page: Top Bottom

If you want to set that for all users in ACP Extensions Mchat Global user settings
And ckick both Overwrite settings for all users: Yes Yes

For board3 portal .?.
