Lets slow down the collapse ext a bit. Thanks martin for the topic.

/ext/phpbb/collapsiblecategories/styles/all/template/js/collapsiblecategories.js

Find This may be a partial find and not the whole line

				.slideToggle('fast')

Replace with Replace the preceding lines with the following

				.slideToggle('slow')

Demo open/close collapse on index page.
